The service we provide here is simple. We store containers. They come in, we lift them off the truck, store them in their specific stacks, and then send them out when customers need them.
Our depot yard is always clean and organized. Stacks of containers are organized by who owns them and never mixed. The most important feature of our service is fast load-in and load-out. The average wait time for a driver here is 15 minutes, so they are in and out with little to no wait time. Other depots can take up 1 to 2 hours. Our team keeps people moving and we know the truckers appreciate this.
We sweat the details so our customers can count on secure storage
- Yes, we’re quick but also thorough. If containers have significant dents, we always alert the customer in the intake report sent. Estimates are sent to customer the same day or at the latest, next day. When repairs are approved, we are quick to get things started and finished.
- We do not damage containers here. Containers only get better or stay the same when stored here. We want customers to know their equipment is safe once we receive it.
- We have room to grow. While not yet at full capacity, we can easily store 1,000 to 1,500 shipping containers, and still have room for chassis and truck parking as well.
- Our container depot has a full-service shop to perform minor repair work on-site, with extensive repairs handled in the River-Roads trailer shop located just a few minutes away in Granite City, IL.
